• We do not offer returns or exchanges after the delivery representative leaves.
• Customers are kindly requested to inspect their order in the presence of the delivery representative before accepting it.
• If the item is suitable, you may accept the order and complete the payment.
• If the item is not suitable, you may refuse it during inspection. In this case, only the shipping fee will be charged.
